From the navigation tree, double-click IP Routing. |

In the IP Routing tree, double-click UDP Forwarding. |

In the work area, click the Forwarding Lists tab. |

In the toolbar, click Insert.
The Insert Forwarding Lists dialog box appears. |

Assign a unique ID to the UDP forwarding list in the Id field. |

Type a unique name for the UDP forwarding list in the Name field. |

Click the FwdIdList (...) to select the desired port/destination pairs from the list. |

Click Insert. |
