| CommittedRate | Specifies the committed rate (in Kbps). |
| BurstSize | Specifies the committed burst (in bytes). |

| OutOfProfileAction | Specifies out of profile action. |
| SessionId | Specifies the numerical identification of the current session. |
| Storage | Specifies the type of storage. |
