AMIGA FOREVER PLUS EDITION Thank you for choosing Amiga Forever Plus Edition. This text explains how to use the ISO image, from which you can run or install the software. ARCHIVE CONTENT The ZIP archive contains the following files: - af-dvd.iso (ISO image of the Amiga Forever Plus Edition DVD) - disc-120x120mm-133ppi.png (printable DVD graphics) - cover-121x119mm-133ppi.png (printable box cover graphics) - ReadMe.txt (the text you are reading now) Important: a DVD ISO image is not a file to be copied to the DVD, but rather a DVD image that needs to be processed by the DVD burning software, resulting in a DVD with hundreds of different files. On Windows 7 or higher, simply double-click or right-click the af-dvd.iso file to open the Burn Disc Image dialog. You will need a blank DVD-R. Alternatively, on Windows 8 or higher, right-click the file and select Mount to use the ISO image without burning it to a DVD. The ISO image also contains executable software, including an installer. In order to run this software, the actual CD or DVD medium or the ISO image file need to be mounted or extracted. Running the software from within an archiving utility that is able to show the content of ISO files is likely to fail, as the necessary file system functionality is missing. If you have a previous version of Windows and are not familiar with burning DVDs from ISO images, please read the following article, which contains instructions to burn the ISO image to a DVD or to mount the DVD image without burning it: amigaforever.com/kb/15-118 The archive also contains DVD media and jewel box cover graphics, ready for printing at 133 ppi (120x120 mm for the DVD, 121x119 mm for the cover insert). You can use a soft-tip marker to complete the License Key field.
