If you install one of the applications below after installing Correct Grammar, you should use it to look at the document listed for important tips. WordPerfect for Windows INSTCGWP.TXT WordStar for Windows INSTCGWS.TXT Windows Write INSTALCG.WRI Word for Windows INSTALCG.DOC Ami and AmiProfessional INSTALCG.SAM PageMaker 4 INSTALCG.PM4 Legacy INSTALCG.CHP To use Correct Grammar with other Windows applications, just do the following: 1. Select the text you want to check with the mouse. 2. Use the Edit / Copy command to copy it to the clipboard. 3. Bring up Correct Grammar from the System menu by clicking on the upper left hand corner box or pressing Alt-spacebar. Then choose Correct Grammar. If you don't see Correct Grammar in the system menu, then find it on your desktop and double-click on it. 4. Go through the text and make whatever modifications Correct Grammar is suggesting. At the end, when asked, put the modifications on the Clipboard. 5. Back in your application, check that your selection is still active, and make the selection again if you accidentally erased it. Then choose Edit / Paste to make the changes in your document.
