Dear Mr. Smith:

We have a mighty sorry situation in our hands.  Those chocolate shipments,
which you promised to be careful with, drips and melts all the time. 
The two shipments you sent us some time ago has not yet arrived, 
we have waited for there delivery since January, 1991.  At this point 
in time , we are getting impatient about the service we receive 
from your company.

The problem is that your canisters are much to small.  We found that
seventy five of them had broken in the last shipment.  Your suggestion
that we mishandled them boardered on the absurd, because these cans
is shorter in height than the last shipments'.

We know you are making a suggestion that it is cold, humid, hot, etc. in
your factory.  We know these are also difficult too.  
But this happened to our goods long before they're arrival.  
We have done everything per your instructions, but
you have responded in the negative to our concerns.  

As for Mr. Smth, he has proved inflexible and expressed 
strong disapproval with our suggestions, while he skirted 
around all the important issues.

It is unfortunat that we cannot seem to easily and
successfully reach a productive working arrangement.  We
estimate that we are among you're more larger customers.
Your delays suggest that you don't know who you are dealing
with.

Great Food's service is not adequate enough for my colleagues 
and I.  We will not 
purchase any more of your products, if it's quality does not improve.  Never, ever, ever
again.

Your food product delivery schedule performance must create
less problems for us ; please let me know your plans to
improve it.
