After Cranky offers free physicals to everyone on Kongo Bongo Island; Bluster overhears Cranky telling the others “some bad news” and misinterprets the information as his test results.  Thinking he has only a week to live, Bluster decides to turn over a new leaf and become “Bluster the Benevolent”; - unfortunately, it’s at the risk of driving everyone else crazy!
