Variable	Value
Indx	Indicates a stack switch unit, for which to configure an out-of-band management IP address. Values range from 1 to 8. For a stack environment, an Indx value of 1 specifies the base unit. For a standalone switch, the Indx value is 1.
IpMgmtAddress	Specifies an out-of-band management IP address for the selected switch. DEFAULT: 0.0.0.0
IpMgmtNetMask	Specifies the subnet mask associated with the out-of-band management IP address. DEFAULT: 0.0.0.0
IpMgmtGateway	Specifies the IP address for the out-of-band management default gateway. DEFAULT: 0.0.0.0 Important The out-of-band management default gateway takes precedence over the in-band management default gateway.
