Configuring a brouter port
Use the following procedure to configure and manage brouter ports.
Procedure steps
In the Device Physical View, select a port .
Right-click the selected port.
Select Edit from the shortcut menu.
In the work area, click the IP Address tab.
In the toolbar, click Insert.
Using the provided fields, create the new brouter port.
Click Insert.
Variable definitions
The following table describes the fields of the IP Address tab.

| IpAddress | Specifies the IP address assigned to this brouter. |
| NetMask | Specifies the subnet mask associated with the brouter IP address. |
| VlanId | Specifies the VLAN ID associated with this brouter port. |
| MacOffset | Specifies the MAC address offset associated with this brouter port. |
